Star 1-Dive down into the water and you will see a sunken ship. There is an eel who has taken to living inside of it. Go ahead and swim past him, then go back up for air. Now dive back down and he will no longer be inside the window. Swim through the window and open the 4 chests in the proper order to get the power star.
Star 2-Swim back under water and look for the eel. The eel has now taken to living in a hole in the side of the underwater canyon. Swim in front of him to lure him out, be careful not to get attacked. He will swim out and on his tail will be a power star, grab it and presto!
Star 3-Look for a large passageway near the ship, dive down inside of it and work your way through the cave. Open the four chests in the proper order and you will recieve a power star.
Star 4-Search for the red coins, which is easy. Make sure that you get the red coins on top of the ship once it has been risen.
Star 5-Talk to the pink bob-omb and he will open up the cannons. Get in and aim yourself to the left over near a group of pillars sticking out of the water. This may take a couple tries, but once you grab onto the top of them, work you way across and to a ledge where a power star sits.
Star 6-Once you have obtained the Green Block, or Metal Mario cap capability, use this to drop down into the current where this a star sitting at the bottom.
Star 7-To get star seven you need to collect 100 coins, be sure to hit the two "!" blocks to get the all important blue coins.
