- I maintained the HyDro-Bank water system, which included a 200 ton heat exchanger and Solution chemical distribution.
- Q-Dot fresh air make up system
- About 40 motors ranging in from 1 horse chemical motor to a 300 hp fire system motor with packed bearings rather than mechanical.
- Most of the motors were 75 to 110 horse and the motors and electrical system was a modified 277 volt.
- There were numerous "Johnson Control Panels" I think they were the "Reliable Models".
