Nick walked up to the house and noticed there was some lights on. His mother had told him that Alex had had the house decorated. Nick was surprised and he didn’t know why. He had decided to go over and see what she had done, he didn’t think she would be over there. It was almost close to midnight and he had no idea what she could be doing. He let himself into the house quietly and looked around. From the front door he could look into the Dinning room and part of the living room. He looked over the furniture he liked it. He walked into the living room and continued to look around. He finally spotted Alex in the Kitchen. She was wearing jean shorts and an old T-shirt he thought was his. She was standing on a chair doing something over the refrigerator. She obviously she hadn’t heard him because she was humming and kept at whatever she was doing. Nick smiled and snuck up behind her, “Hi.”
Alex shrieked, lost her balance, and fell against him. Nick laughed, but Alex didn’t think it was funny, “What do you think you are doing?! Trying to give me a heart attack?”
“That’s some welcome home.”
“Now, would you please let me go, so I can finish what I was doing?”
Nick left go of her and she climbed back up on the chair. A few minutes later she climbed back down and turned to find Nick leaning against the counter, “Is that my shirt?”
Alex looked down, “Um, yeah.”
“Well, it looks better on you.”
Alex stuck her tongue out, “Now, about that welcome home.” She looped her arms around his waist and kissed him, “Welcome home.”
Nick grinned, “I could get use to this very easily.”
“I have a question.”
“I might have an answer.” Nick said kissing her again
“Where are we going to have the wedding?”
The question stopped Nick. He looked at her, “I…don’t know. Where do you want to have it?”
“I don’t know, that’s why I’m asking you.”
“Well, I don’t know. What are our choices?” Nick asked rubbing the back of his neck
“Well, either here, or Orlando I guess.”
“Yeah, that’s about it. Do you have our guest list made out yet?”
“No, you are going to help with this stuff you know.” Alex said crossing her arms, “I figured just friends and family.”
“That’s usually who comes to weddings.” Nick muttered and Alex hit him
“I mean our immediate family and close friends, it’s not going to be a big wedding.”
Nick rubbed his arm, “Okay, I get your point. Well, the guys are n Orlando..”
“My family is in Orlando, my friends, and so is Mack.”
“What does Mack have to do with it?”
“She’s my Maid of Honor, and she’s helping me plan the wedding.”
“Oh, well, my family is here, and so are my friends.” They both stood there and looked at each other for a long time, “Why don’t we just have it in Orlando, my family can just drive. It’s only like 2 and a half hours.”
“You sure?”
“Positive.” Nick said with a grin

Alex rolled over and grabbed for the phone. It took a few tries before she got it. She sat up, “Hello?” she said groggily. She looked around, she didn’t remember Nick leaving or falling asleep.
“Lex, its Colby, you better get over here. We have a problem.”
“What’s wrong?”
“Just get over here, and be sure you are dressed and look nice.”
She was about to say something when she heard Colby hang up. Alex looked down at the phone for a minute and then Nick walked in, “Oh, you’re up. Good Morning.”
“What are you doing in my house?” she asked rolling out of the bed.
“Your house? It’s our house.”
“Whatever. Colby called, he said we had a problem.”
“What’s wrong?”
“I don’t know, but I guess I’ll go see.”
