Dear
Jim,
I can't
thank you enough for your help and guidance regarding my purchase of the
Duallist pedal. I've wanted to get this pedal for some time
now and with the help of the positive reviews from Modern Drummer as well
as your knowledgeable insight of the product my mind was made.
With only
having the pedal for a few weeks and with the help of my 2 kids not giving
me the time to practice much, as well as working 3-4 nights a week,
I cant believe the potential this pedal has. It has been a great
addition to my kit. I get a lot of favorable looks from band mates
as well as the audience. They must think, "What a fast foot this guy has!"
I have only touched the surface of the potential the Duallist has and only
look forward to the next time I can get my foot on it again. It's
a lot of fun! Just being able to have a double bass pattern and be
able to keep the high hat foot on the pedal is well worth it.
I must
admit being skeptical at first, but with your advice on the settings and
positions, it made me feel confident with my purchase. I play a wide
variety of styles from rock to swing to R&B and I have used it with
them all with great results. I must also admit that upon taking it
out of the unique looking box, I couldn’t imagine putting my foot on such
a great looking pedal. I still almost treat it with kid gloves all
though I know it can take a beating.
Thanks again
for all of your help!
Sincerely,
Gary Weiss
