If you are like me, you have to struggle constantly with your weight. While a tremendous amount of research has been conducted to find out exactly why some people are slim while others are not, many of us must battle with our weight on a daily basis. There has not been a day in my life when I have not had to watch what I eat, because I can assure you that the moment I throw caution to the wind and eat what I like, my weight will soar to monumental proportions.

For a period of several years I found myself in the throes of an abysmal marriage, and consequently comfort ate to a weight that is much higher than I would like to admit. I did manage to get out of that marriage, but not without many emotional scars and a size 18 dress size. My weight problem was not helped by the fact that I was forced to live in many unsuitable places, before forced to leave my home because my name was not associated with any of the financial aspects of my marriage. The stress of having to live with many individuals who have severe personality disorders made my weight escalate even further.

Finally, I found myself in a relatively stable relationship and home life, and therefore decided that I was going to do something about my weight once and for all. I joined Weight Watchers and was severely reprimanded when I managed to lose only 2 pounds in six weeks after having starved myself to death. I then joined Rosemary Conley and managed to lose and gain on a very slow basis, but moved to another town and had to give it up.

I then found The Soup Diet, which I have been trying to follow even though I have a rather hectic schedule. Believe it or not, I have actually been losing weight on this diet, and would like to share it with you.

If you are a student of astrology, you may very well find that you would like to erect natal charts for your friends and family.
