A NICE SIDE OF ROOMS TO GO ?

I RECEIVED THIS LETTER IN MY EMAIL AND THOUGHT I WOULD POST IT AND MY RESPONSE.

I am very happy you had such good results out of the company, and I am also sorry you disagree with mine and others complaints. But you see, I am not the only one who has bad customer service with this company. I started this page or as I choose to call it "A public service", simply to let off some "steam". But much to my surprise ,I receive hundreds of complaints a month about the sorry service in others ordeals. I have never ask for anything for nothing, and all I want is for what I pay for. You see,Kyrie, I am very unhappy with the way they do things. I OWN several very succesful business's and while I do not always agree with my customer's, I see them as my boss. And always try to make their experience the best it can be. I just simply wish for others to know that it will not always be this way with RTG.
