Hello! This is the site of a new band, Qapla. We formed about a year and a half ago with the three main members: Garry (me), Mat and Tom. Since then members have come and gone and the current line up is below. We don’t like to describe ourselves as pop because the meaning has got lost with certain bands of the present day (boy bands etc…). Instead of labelling ourselves we prefer to let the music speak for itself. We play our own songs, and a few of our favourite covers. As yet we have played very little live, our biggest event has been a recording made by the few main members of the band last summer. We hope to be taking bookings and so forth pretty soon, we are based in Stoke-on-Trent and will be happy to let anyone who contacts us to hear a sample of our music with a view to booking/signing us.
