Pasque Flower, a nervine and anodyne with sedative action, useful for nervous debility.
Skullcap, a relaxant and restorative for the central nervous system, good for nervous debility.
Wood Betony, a sedative that is calming for the nervous system, good for nervous debility, fearfulness, and exhaustion.
Vervain is a relaxing nervine with a toning effect on the liver.

sedative, relaxing and restorative for the nervous system, heat tonic,
is cooling, and astringent.
Take up to 2ml tincture three times a day.
Use as a simple or add up to a total of 3ml of skullcap, passion flower, valerain, or lemon balm tincture per dose to increase sedating action.
