Change Management of LAN's internet connection, migrating from asynchronous V.90 using DHCP and Wingate proxy server to assymetric fractional T1 - IDSL using static IP addresses managing subcontractors COVAD and PDQ on the SWBell backbone.

Registering Domain names, alias domains, virtual domains and host names with register.com. In DNS tables binding the Domain names and MX records to static IP addresses to make the domain names publicly routeableand enable the SMTP router.
