First,You can find this glitch Pokémon by talking to the guy in Viridian City that shows you how to catch Pokémon.First reply yes,then no.
Fly to cinniber Island,or the part by Seafoam Islands,and surf 50% on land,50% on water.To do this you may have to have one of the Pokémon that where traded
at Cinniber Island.You might also run into ~M~(Another Glitch)and some VERY STRONG Pokémon around level 180.Each game has different Pokémon that show up.
You could have someone rare like Eevee or Mewtwo!Possibly Mew!After doing this,your Hall Of Fame will be messed up.
Duplicate Items
When doing the MissingNo.secret you can duplicate items.After running into a MissingNo. or ~M~,the 7th item on your list will have a symbol next to it.Meaning there is around 188 of it.
The Secret With Kangaskhan(This Really Works!)

possible.(l.100)What's so special about a Kangaskhan you ask?Go to a computer and deposit her and withdrawl a couple of times.You'll notice it's level went down.Take it out and look at it's
energy!It should be around 333/250!Use rare candy(using the duplicate items secret)to make Kangaskhan level 100.Fighting her against wild Pokémon will mess it up.I have never fought with one in a linked fight with another game boy.So I don't
know what would happen if you were to do that.
Duplicating Pokémon
1.Go to the link area in any Pokemon Center 2.Go to trade center
3.If you want a Pokemon your friend has you should have a weak
Pokemon (i.e. Rattata Lv. 3, Pidgy Lv.3 ect.) and your friend
should have the Pokemon you want. 4.Just before the screen says
"Trade completed" there will be about a two second blank. If your
friend has the strong Pokemon he will have to turn off his Game
Boy during that time, the person with the weak Pokemon should
wait untill the screen says "Trade Completed" before turning off
his game.
Easily Catch A Ditto
Put a Magikarp in first place and let the Ditto transform into it.
Find Safari Zone Pokémon Elsewhere
Go to safari zone and walk around until your time is up.Then surf up and down the right part of Cinniber Island or
Seafoam Islands 50% on land and 50% on water.Then you will find wild Pokemon from the safari zone.Pokémon that can be found in the grass you just walked through last can be found while surfing 50% on land and 50% on water.

Surf along cinsabar island untill you fight a guy over Lv100 capture him and
build him up with rare candies(use item duplicate trick)untill he is on
Lv250 or so.Repet 5 more times and send them to fight your friends(don't use
them to fight in normal battles because they will go back to Lv100.
Better Pokeballs
Hold Up+B when the ball explodes over your target and it will be
almost as good as a master ball!

there. Now you can go back and see the truck and do whatever.Try fishing with a super rod and see what you reel in.
Fish in Statues
You can stand next to statues & fish!Just face the statue,and fish!It works with all of the rods.
