When you put in the code the first pokemon you have will be changed to the selected pokemon.It will have messed up types,no picture,and crazy experience.It will though,have the number.
Now go to Lavander town and ask the name changer to change the name.Now put in the pokemon you selected name.
CAUTION:some pokemon can't be used in battle except when it switched with a real pokemon.
