Well, the judging for the winner of this award was a lot more trying than us three judges could have ever imagined. Since I'm quasi-neurotic about everything, there was a very strict criteria to the judging, and all of us had to judge on this set criteria. The scores were then averaged together, and the highest score eventually became the winner. It was tough judging, not only because of my unreasonable grading scale, but also because the competition was very stiff. All the sites that entered were excellent, and I wish I could've given everyone an award, but there can only be one "Best," but I do know there are dozens of "Kick-Ass" sites, so that's cool. As said before, the judging was a lot more harder than us three had imagined. As for one of my judges, Marilyn, who I became great internet friends with, had to withdraw because of personal reasons that were out of her realm of control, and I perfectly understood. She did get to judge about three sites, but her scores had to be scratched, because it wouldn't have really been fair. As for me, and my other judge, my best friend in the entire world, Leah, we both had time issues. I go to collge, I hold down a part-time job, and I also need time to work on updating this page. As for Leah, she also goes to college, and also runs her own Hole Page, SugarStar.
