The Situation

This beautiful villa, situated in a cul-de-sac within a very desirable elevated area, provides total privacy within its own spacious gardens of 2500sq metres; there are flourishing fruit trees including lemons, apples, pears, figs, plums and oranges (ideal for the juicer provided) and many beautifully scented flowers including the heady evening scent of the Jasmine blossom. The large, well maintained swimming pool (10m x 5m) is enclosed and gated making this very safe for families with young children. Plenty of parking space available. Paphos town, market and the attractive harbour area with its many restaurants, pubs, shops and night life are only 10 minutes away by car as is Coral Bay, with its gently shelving sandy beach, providing safe bathing and all water sport facilities.

Inside: Dining room seating 14 people, living room sitting 14 people, fully fitted kitchen with extra facilities including microwave, large fridge frezer, juicer, cooker, hob and all usual kitchen utensils, washing machine, iron, ironing board.

General Items: TV, satellite, Hi Fi system, CD player, Sauna, Airconditioning.

The Accomodation

There are five large airy bedrooms comfortably sleeping 10 people but more can be catered for if required, Four double rooms are upstairs , two of which open out onto an extremely spacious top balcony with a particularly scenic view, the fifth bedroom which is an en-suite twin room is downstairs. The dining room and the living room both have seating for 12 people, and this area opens out onto another large patio which overlooks the pool In the kitchen we have a full oven and hob, large fridge freezer, microwave/conventional oven, tea coffee making facilities, juicer and all the usual utensils necessary for a fully equipped kitchen. The washing machine , ironing board and iron are housed in a separate utility room. The villa is tastefully furnished and prvides all the comforts of home including air condition/heating if requested.. Just outside the main villa is an annex which houses the swimming pool shower/bathroom , a sauna and an optional sixth bedroom available on request

The above rates are applicable for 1 - 10 people, extra sleeping accomodation available on request if required.
