Very appealing 4 bedroom detached villa comfortably sleeps 8/10 people in the Coral Bay area of Peyia. Very large fitted kitchen with seating for 8 people, washing machine, sandwich maker, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, and cooker with extractor fan and all standard kitchen utensils.

The kitchen leads out on to a large Bar-Be -Que area with outside sink, plenty of storage and surface space. The living area is open plan and has TV and music system; this opens out onto a cool covered veranda with flowers and shrubs.

Downstairs has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin plus full bathroom with shower and extra washroom/toilet. Stairs lead to the upstairs, which has another 2 bedrooms again, 1 double and 1 twin plus full bathroom and toilet/washroom. There is also another spacious living area opening out from patio doors onto an extensive veranda which stretches all along the front and around the side of the villa offering pleasing sea and countryside views of the area.

All bedrooms have a sea view and the villa has no immediate neighbours. It is on a large piece of land with many fruit trees to the side of it.  The well-maintained and clean swimming pool which is 8m x 4m in size is fenced off for extra safety. There are also sunbeds and outside table and chairs.

This villa is very attractive and well positioned for peace and privacy and yet it is only a couple of minutes drive to reach Coral Bay with its beach bar/restaurant and water sports and the best sandy beach in Paphos which is good for children as the beach slopes gently into the sea making it safer. This area also has many restaurants, bars, banks, supermarkets and souvenir shops to choose from.

Kato Paphos and Paphos town and market are only about 10 to 15 minutes drive away. We do recommend a car for this property.
