Dear Victorian Modeller,

Due a change in the Administration here, we regret that this site has been closed since August.  During this time, our staff have been learning new HTML editing software, the result a user friendly magazine that all modellers can be proud of.  Also these changes have given us the opportunity for people without regular access to the Internet, a chance to subscribe to the magazine for a small fee and have the magazine sent to your home around 1 week before it is published on the Internet, in paper or on a disk for a small charge each year.  In addition to this, e-mails will be checked each day, and replyed to within 48 hours, from when it is received.  Please e-mail us on vicrailmodel@start.com.au for further information, with your details and we will send a broucher out to you for you to consider.  The January 2000 issue will be lauched of Friday December 17, 1999 at 12 midday AEST, with the new look.
