Fee Schedule for Vocational Rehabilitation Services.
Testimony (Court Appearances) $90.00 per hour billed in whole hours.
Depositions Flat fee of $640 for the first hour payable 5 working days in advance. Each additional hour is $300.
Payable at the time of the deposition.
Note: Depositions wont be scheduled until the fee has been paid.
Expenses - Actual reasonable costs incurred.
Mileage $.505 per mile.
I certify that this fee schedule is my current billing practice. Cases will be invoiced on a regular basis as appropriate to the case. Bills are due upon receipt and are expected to be paid in full within a reasonable period of time, usually 30 days.
