Tay Creek is a short drive along the Royal Road (Route 620) from the 18th Century British garrison town of Fredericton, birthplace of the newspaper magnate Lord Beaverbrook, with it's stylish waterfront mansions, red-brick municipal buildings, museums and the Lord Beaverbrook Art Gallery. The replica historical settlement of King's Landing is an hour's drive along the spectacular Saint John River.
