mIRC attempts to provide a user-friendly interface for use with the Internet Relay Chat network. The IRC network is a virtual meeting place where people from all over the world can meet and talk. You are able to download mIRC at  http://www.mirc.com or http://www.mirc.co.uk
    There are many various different irc servers you are able to go to, some are networked with others all over the world and then some are very small private servers. There is a list included with just about any mIRC you decide to download.
    mIRC allows you "script" within its program, this is used to enhance mIRC and its options. Various different addons can be made, many include entertainment[popups, jokes, etc.], utilities[mp3 players, etc.], war[DoS attacks, Trojans, etc], Ircop[easy to use commands, etc] and, Protection[flood, nuke, etc.].         Ace of Spades is a mIRC Script largely made for protection. It includes flood protection[text,nick,join,ctcp,etc], nuke protection[nukenabber, a firewall, anti-bo/netbus, etc], etc(refer to the Ace of Spades text file which includes a list of everything the script has within it and some things to come). It includes many more utilities to help out ops of channels, such as clone scanners, auto-kicks, personal ban protection, etc. In order for it to be used to its full potention other programs must be downloaded seperately and installed to the mirc directory and inside the utils folder. This is only the first version released of this script, it should be expected to include many bugs, none of them fatal to your computer or anything else. There will be fixes for various bugs within the script released during various different times. There are also planned updates and addons to be released, these include an Entertainment Addon(consisting of popups, jokes, amongst other various things), a Utility Addon(consisting of an mp3 player, fserve, etc.), a War Addon(consisting of flood attacks, DoS attacks, mIRC attacks, etc) and, possibly others.
