Hailing from Jakarta, Indonesia, Kekal is an extreme metal band.
Musically, they combine the strong elements of black metal and death metal with a touch of classic-metal, doom, gothic, and dark-wave influences which are strongly present in some of their songs. They have received very good reviews from 'zines around the world and are considered as one of the best extreme metal albums ever coming from Asia.
