Psychology
Barron:
"Pretty easy class. Exam material out of book and lecture notes. Lots of class participation and lots of videos." --PSY 275
"This is a very good class to take for the lower level Psychology requirement, especially over PSY 133. This class is interesting, easy, and has useful information - not a bunch of theories and methods like in PSY 133." --PSY 143
Eastman:
"This is a required course. Do not go into this class thinking it will be an easy A. You have to work hard. Also, this class tends to be too long with Eastman (unless you enjoy listening to a guy who should have been a Baptist Preacher.) Be ready to study a lot. (Mul. choice exams)" --PSY 153
Ludorf:
**This is from Mr. Ludorf Himself: ** ......"Here is a basic summary of the comments students usually make about my PSY 133 course. Some good. Some not so good. All, however, reflect what students have said. Maybe some students will write to corroborate the information below: Ludorf is very enthusiastic about the course. He makes it very interesting. His tests are given on the computer which means that you get your score right away. This is both good and bad. Some students find the tests hard, while others have no problems. Those finding the tests hard do so because they perceive the questions as ambiguous." Mark Ludorf
Scharff:
"The best Psychology teacher you could take. She makes the class so interesting. She gives opportunities throughout the semester to make extra bonus points. She is a wonderful teacher." --PSY 133
Stahl:
"Any chance you get take Dr. Stahl. She is really down to earth! In addition to being really cool, her tests aren't hard. She is very reasonable and will throw out questions if you can convince her that they were unfair." --PSY
Mike Walker:
"New kid on the Psy block--a little different, but can be refreshing. Take advantage of his study guides and web site--this makes the course much easier. Don't buy the study guide for the book. He tends to ramble on in lecture, loves to create a bit of controversy and class discussion, but I don't know if he could handle it if it became really heated. He really loves what he is doing and will settle down after a semester or two and become a well-balanced --not too hard, not too easy Prof." --PSY 275
"Young new teacher, you can tell that this is his first year. Easy A. Lots of extra credit. I have an A and I only go to class once a week!" --PSY 143
