Ask Fredrick, the Love Doctor
Everyone calls Fredrick the love doctor, because everyone seems to ask him for advice on relationships, sex, one night stands, love, feelings etc. You've heard of Dr. Ruth and all these older generation people giving out advice, but rarely do you see a younger, male opinion.
Here it from Fredrick himself!
Hello, I am Fredrick. I am a student here at SFA, just like all of the people who write to me. I am not a real doctor, and I can't promise spectacular results every time, but I am a good listener.
Forget all these people with their fancy titles and fancy degrees, I say experience overrules all of that. I have been in several long and short-term relationships, and I have many friends who are in or have been in any kind of relationship that you can think of. Think of me as a friend you can ask anything and get a true response with out being embarrassed or intimidated. I have also read MANY books, articles, magazines, and watched many movies about relationships, sex, and love. I started reading them in high school to figure out how I could please my partner to the utmost of my ability, but then I realized I could help other people too. So ask me, and if I don't know, I'll try my best to find out.
What does Fredrick Do?
Here's how it works. People send me email (you can too, just click here) about their problems and successes in their love lives, and I respond with my advice or opinion. Each issue I will post 4 or 5 of the email messages (and responses) I receive, based on if I think it might help someone else in the world. All e-mail questions are confidential, no one will see them but me. If I choose to post the message on The Scoop, and the person doesn't mind (only email messages with permission will be posted), the message and reply will be posted anonymously. All email questions will be answered, whether they are posted or not.
What needs to be in the letter?
This form will take care of it all. If you wish to manually send me e-mail, send it to frking@usa.net. I do need you to include the problem (of course), the reason you need my help/opinion, and how you found out about the Ask Fredrick on-line column.
