"Nice guy, interesting subject, but the class still puts me to sleep. Notes aren't really that structured, and tests cover everything from the text in the book to stuff mentioned in the class to pictures in the book to videos watched in class. Can be a nightmare if you need to know exactly what material is going to be on the test. Tests consist of multiple choice, some short answers, and 3 essay questions." --ANT 231

"I found the class interesting but the tests were pretty hard. Some of the class content was hard for us softhearted folks. He gave us a chance to do extra credit which bumped everybody who did it up a letter grade I think (I know it did me). If you take him, be sure to do any extra credit he allows." --ANT 493
