Latest Update: June 20th, 2003 TO ALL THE ROM PEOPLE. This "Cult of Kefka" is not the same as the "Cult of Kefka" rom site whch was originally at this link. This means there were two sites with one name. A fan page and a ROM page. THIS IS NOT THE ROM PAGE. The rom page was shut down, I have no idea when, I don't know why. I have been getting many eamils about why this page no longer has roms. I hope this answer's all your questions.
