Beds For Your Home
At Ortho Mattress, we sell beds as well as mattresses. Often these two items are called beds, and at some places in my site you may catch me writing about beds, when I in fact mean mattresses.
A bed refers to a headboard, footboard, and frame or rails. These are the elements that support the mattress and box spring set. Most companies sell the bed separately from the mattress set.
This is done for several reasons: - Many customers are shopping for only one or the other.
- We sell many kinds of beds, and many kinds of mattresses. The chance of having a pairing that you like becomes long odds, if you have us choose which bed goes with which mattress set. It is much better to choose the mattress that you like, then choose the bed you like.
- Not everyone is financially prepared to buy the mattress set that they like, and the bed they like at the same time. Most people find it is better to buy things that you like, than to keep buying things that you “settled for”. By buying the mattress set and bed at different times, it becomes easier to afford nicer items. (Of course, if you'd prefer to get it all delivered at the same time, just pick out the new bed you want to go with your new mattress.)
