Through July 18, 2014 Secretary in the Adult Day Habilitation Department. Scheduled 30-40 meetings per month within the department by juggling the schedules of (at a minimum) four people per meeting. Took minutes at various departmental meetings and compiled a quarterly trend report. Additionally, worked as one of two receptionists for the department.

Payroll Clerk in the Fiscal Department. Assisted the Payroll bookkeepers to process time sheets for employees and consumers using multiple Payroll systems. Checked time, benefit time, and Payroll changes as required. Also tracked the receipt of paychecks and paystubs for all employees and consumers in the organization.

Worked in other departments to assist with their workloads as the need has arose.
