How To Use
Shake or swirl bottle gently. INHALE the oil
deeply before applying. For a therapeutic effect, apply a tablespoon (approx.) on each area of the body (chest, arms, legs). Oils can be used together. The essential oil has its own intelligence and will go where its needed in the body. Oils are great for message or they can be added to bath water, potpourri,
burning candles or smudge. Massage into moist skin after a shower or bath. For a fast energy balance, rub oil on wrist, behind the knees on your neck cords and hands and feet.
