This house is located in Southampton. The owner was retiring
and wanted to prepare for the years ahead by changing the siding to low
maintance vinyl, yet she still wanted an attractive appearence to the home.
The process of applying Vinyl Siding over wood shingles
is common. But the technic and expert installation is not. We at J.
Buttonow Builder and Home Inspections, Inc. have been doing this for 20
years with no come back calls due to the installation method.
We also did the reroofing on this house!!!!!!!!!!
As you can see in the photo, the house now has a
completely different appearence. The course lines are every 4", and the
color is a bright biege. With this type of siding a homeowner only
has to wash it every few years to keep it looking brand new!
