When you hear "Personal Trainer" you think of celebrities and the very wealthy. Well, Personal Training isn't exclusive and not as costly as you might imagine. Your time is very valuable to you and improper form or bad exercise habits can rob you of the results you should be enjoying after the time you have invested. This is where a certified personal trainer comes in. After a complete fitness evaluation the trainer uses the information as a baseline to design an individual program that focuses on your needs, preferences and abilities. The trainer then works with you to develop good exercise habits and instruct you on proper and efficient form. You needn't have a trainer beside you everytime you exercise -- few of us can afford that kind of luxury. Depending on your level of exercise experience and goals your trainer can work with you several times a week, once a week , twice a month, once a month or only once to go over your program.
