"OH LORDY THAT TICKLES!"

This is typical of Rio, our very sweet golden retriever funny girl.  She finds everything funny including when I'm working with her.  She is a golden retriever that has an exceptional sense of humour.  Every day is a new experience with Rio which makes her very fun.  She figures life is about playing -- constantly.  Our golden retriever Romance is her best friend and they terrorize each other with play.  A couple of very fun golden retrievers.
 

"OKAY, I'LL BEHAVE FOR ONE MINUTE ONLY.  BUT I'LL HIDE MY TAIL (hee hee hee!)"

Rio is a beautiful golden retriever.  Born December 7, 1996, she is young, enthusiastic and sweet.  Rio stands at 22" and weighs 64 pounds, well within the golden retriever breed standard.  She is light medium gold with great coat and feathering.  She floats when she moves and has a "look at me I'm gorgeous" attitude.  She is structurally very sound and has a wonderful golden retriever temperament.  Rio's special love is young golden retriever puppies.  She gets all silly and smiley and has the patience of a saint.  Until recently she was too young to have her own litter of golden retriever puppies so she adopts everyone else's.  And, if puppies aren't available for her then she decides the cats make excellent surrogates.

 

Very much like Kinder, Rio is very gentle and loving with children.  She absolutely loves to be groomed.  She enjoys her walks in the field and forest and is "ball crazy".  She will retrieve until you drop.  She is a bouncy, happy girl that assumes everyone exists for her enjoyment.  Rio has true Golden Retriever temperament.
