Teriyaki Steak


4 Steaks
1/4 c Pineapple juice + 2 T Pineapple juice
1/4 c Soy sauce
2 T Chopped onion
2 T Vegetable oil
1 tsp Ground ginger
2 T Cider vinegar
1 T Honey
1 Clove garlic


Place steaks in a shallow container. Combine next 8 ingredients, stirring well. Pour marinade over steak. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove steaks and reserve marinade. Grill steaks 5 inches from hot coals 5-7 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Baste with marinade during cooking. Garnish with onions.
