Ingredients
24 Chicken Wings
1 bottle + 4 tsp Tabasco sauce (2 1/2 oz/75 mL)
1 Tbsp vinegar
4 tsp margarine
Directions
Cut off the wing tip on each wing; discard the wing tip or save for chicken
stock. Put wings in a freezer bag. Combine 1 bottle of Tabasco sauce with the
vinegar and pour over the wings so that each wing is coated. Seal the bag and
refrigerate overnight.
Grill wings over medium heat for 8-10 minutes per side or until crisp and meat
is no longer pink. Remove from the grill and place in a shallow pan. Melt
margarine in the microwave and stir in 4 tsp Tabasco. Pour over wings, turning
each wing to thoroughly coat with sauce. Serve with Blue Cheese Dip to put
out the fire.
Makes 3-4 main-course servings or 6 appetizer servings.
***Cut the Tabasco sauce in half for a milder version.
