The Coast-Line is a direct dialed information service that uses your web browser.   Unlike the World Wide Web the Coast-Line is just a small network of  computers offering file exchange, inter-system e-mail and other various services. It works much the same way as BBS's (Bulletin Board Systems). BBS's didn't have the graphical interface that the Web does', but now with this special software we can offer the same graphical interface as the Web in a direct dialed service. The Coast-Line is a service provided by "Computer Parts & Repair - USA" as a courtesy to it's customers and the surrounding community.

If you would like to try out the service you will have to download all three "NavDisks" and un-zip each one to its' own floppy disk. You must however have a decompressor such as winzip to decompress the downloaded files from your hard drive to all three floppy disks. Once you've  "un-zipped" Navdisk 1, 2, & 3 to their respective floppys' there's just a few simple steps to start the setup program.

1. Insert disk #1 into your "A" drive. disk1u.gif (7225 bytes) disk2u.gif (7361 bytes) disk3u.gif (7225 bytes)
2. Click "start" then click "run".
3. Type a:\setup.exe then press enter.

When the setup has completed the "custom connector" software will be on your hard drive. You will find it under your programs menu. Please feel free to upload freeware, shareware and non- copyrighted material. If you see a problem with the system or would like to suggest an improvement feel free to do so. We hope our large collection of shareware and public domain files will be of benefit to you.
