Mike "Sully" Sullivan, head of Police's Serial Killer Task Force,
arrives at the most bizarre crime scene he has ever experienced. He soon
discovers that he is on the trail of not one, but two criminals, both of whom
appear to have sub-human abilities and would appear to be in the pursuit of each
other. As more bodies disappear Sully soon finds himself on the trail of somebody, or
something, that promises the ultimate showdown.
