Homeopathy is a scientific

First discovered in the 18th
century by the gifted German physician-chemist Christian
Hahnemann, homeopathy is based on the premise known as the Law of
Similars. This law states that whatever symptoms a substance will
cause in a healthy person, it will create a healing response in
an ill person.
Dr. Hahnemann began developing
his work by giving a sick person a diluted and potentized portion
of a substance which generated the same disease symptoms in a
healthy one. He observed that in many cases the body could heal
itself. This great breakthrough led to the worldwide
establishment of the medical science known as Homeopathy - coined
by Hahnemann from the Greek root words
Homios ("similar") and pathos
("suffering").
HOW
TO USE HOMEOPATHIC REMEDIES:
- Homeopathic remedies can be
taken topically and internally.
- For internal preparations,
place the tablet or liquid under your tongue and hold for
up to 20 seconds before swallowing.
- When taking more than one
homeopathic remedy, each dosage should be separated by 15
or 20 minutes.
- Take at least a half hour
before eating or half hour after eating. Try not to take
homeopathics with food. If they are taken with foods,
they will benificial, but not as effective.
- Avoid caffein - tea,
coffee, soda - as they can reduce the effectiveness of
the preparation by up to 85%.
- For common symptoms, take
one tablet three to four times daily. For severe
symptoms, take one tablet every five to fifteen minutes
until improvement.
- Children under six take
one-half the adult dosage.
