This award was developed by the members of the PortsCity Browns Backers, Portsmouth, OH
to recognize groups and individuals providing an outstanding public service
via the internet to Browns Backers Worldwide...!!!
In other words... a site that excites us... hence the "Big Boner".
Our judging is based on ease of entering said website/location, navigation within website/location,
graphic content, download time, useful links, updated information...
plus accuracy of items and information contained therein.
What qualifies us to provide this award...? Nothing... except that we are Browns Fans.
We know what we want, and we truly appreciate those who go out of their way to provide it to us.
This award will be presented on a quarterly basis...
the first award of the year will recognize the months of January to March
and will be presented in March;
the next quarterly award will recognize April thru June...
presented in June and so on.

Presented the first week in January of the New Year... to be considered for the previous year, nominations must be received no later than November 25th of that year.
