What is the Centre for Business Excellence?

If you are a current subscriber to The Office Edge Newsletter, you may recall a recent editorial in which I lamented the lack of business acumen prevalent in the world in general, and the web in particular. In that editorial, I mentioned that I would attempt to create a centre which would provide links to resources on the Web, as well as a discussion area for small business owners the world over. This page is the result of that promise to my readers.
