City of Homerville Municipal Court

The City of Homerville Municipal Court hears cases for the City of Homerville. Court is held the third (3rd) Wednesday of every month at one o'clock pm (1:00pm) in the Homerville Police Department.

Cases are heard on a first come first serve basis. You must have your name printed legibly on the sign in sheet in order to be seen.

To dispose of a citation

If you are issued a traffic citation that falls under the jurisdiction of the City of Homerville Municipal Court then you have two options on the method of disposal.

Option #1

You may appear before the presiding judge at the time and date indicated on your citation

Option #2

In most cases you may remit the bond to the mailing address above before the court date, by doing this you are admitting guilt and agree to have your bond forfeited as the fine.
