Payment terms:

A non-refundable deposit in the amount of 50% of the
dollar amount specified in the contract will be due
on contract signing.
The balance of the contract amount will be due on
completion of the coding and prior to up-loading

Copyrights will be retained by the originator(s) of
all documents and graphics used in the design of
