All rates are calculated on the specific services provided and range from the
basic billboard style to extensive custom designs based on the following schedules.

In determining rates, a page is defined to be 300 words or less or 8 1/2" x 11" in size.

Basic Page Includes: 

Basic layout & design, HTML coding, text entry of 300 words or less,
all internal links, up to seven external links, page counter & email. 

Price also includes Two scanned images and up to four placed images
plus a one time submission to up to thirty major search engines. 

This allows both individuals and businesses to develop a world wide internet
prescence at a rate they can afford with the option of expanding into a
more comprehensive site at a future time.

Charges for custom design are based on an hourly that is determined by services provided.
The following rates should only be used as an example.  Please contact us directly
regarding specific rate quotations based on the services you desire.

Layout & Design:

Customer can provide a basic layout and style which we will scan and incorporate into the web page and fine-tune and modify for HTML at no extra charge. In this form customer assumes total responsibility for syntax, spelling and grammar.

Customer can also submit source material, with no preconceived layout, that we will use to create a custom design. Completed preliminary layout will be submitted to customer for approval.

Initial consultation.........................................no charge. 
Customer design converted to HTML.........no charge. 
Custom layout & design  ..............................$50.00 per page. 
Enhancements (color icons, bars etc.) .........$25.00 per page.

HTML Page Coding:

HTML pages include inserting images provided by the customer in standard Gif or JPG
format and up to five desired external links to other pages (URL's are to be provided by the customer). Source text can be in electronic form, i.e. Microsoft Word
document, ASCII text, etc., delivered vie diskette, email, or hardcopy.

HTML coding and conversion ...............$50.00 per page. 
Text entry from hardcopy.......................$65.00 per page (additional. 
Additional external links over (5) ..........$  5.00 per link.

Image Scanning & Processing:

Customer provides their own photos and artwork for scanning in electronic format.The quality of the scan may be limited due to the quality of source material. Processing includes conversion to GIF or JPEG format, cropping and resizing to match layout.

We can also arrange to provide photos and artwork, subject to
customer approval, to be incorporated into the layout

Image scanning & processing...........$10.00-$15.00 per image. 
Processing of electronic image..........$ 5.00 per image. 
Other services, picture taking, etc....hourly rate (additional)

Forms And On-Line Ordering:

Forms can be either a standard on-line feedback form (to be provided by customer ready for scanning) for your customers and prospective clients or on-line product
order forms that can be custom designed according to your needs

Standard scannable feedback form...........$25.00 per form. 
Custom designed product order form  ......$50.00-$100.00 per form.

Tables And Frames:

Charges for designing tables and frames, as well as any other custom services,
will be based on the standard hourly rate for the specific service provided.

Submitting Your Site To Major Search Engines:

We can submit your site to the following major Web search engines: Alta Vista, AOL NetFind, Excite, HotBot, Infoseek, Look Smart, Lycos, Snap, Web Crawler, Who Where and Yahoo as well as those specializing in your area of business.

Submission to the major search engines listed above............$ 25.00. 
Submission to specialized search engines of your choice......hourly rate. 
We Can not however guarantee the length of time it will take the individual search engines
to post your site. Some engines search and index submitted sites must faster than others.

Other Services:

We also offer the following services either in our office or yours. 
The fee for these services is the standard hourly rate for the service provided.

Web page maintenance (based on the number of pages in your web site). 
Computer set-up and analysis. 
Trouble Shooting. 
One on one tutoring.
