THERMOCHROMICS

Thermochromics The color change of certain substances by changing temperatures is called "thermochromism", There are a number of substances that demonstrate this phenomenon. The range of color is fairly broad as is the temperature at which the color change takes place.

PHOTOCHROMIC INKS

The color change occurs when exposed to sunlight or ultraviolet radiation, the dye becomes excited, thus causing a change in the molecular structure, resulting in a color change.
The photochromic materials can be used in a number of formulations including paints, inks and plastics such as PVC, PVB,PP,CAB EVA, urethanes and acrylics.
