Front fork type suspension with spring between fork crown and bottom of head tube, as well as another between top of head tube and stem clamp. Original spring also on brake plunger. Complete except for grips & chainguard. Chainguard bracket to hold same is present. Original John Bull "North Pole" rubber on wheels. Original saddle does not need to be replaced! Name on saddle should be readable with some research. Original black paint visible. "Woodhead & Angois Patent" plate on chainring/crank mechanism. Traces of front gold decal visible.
