LEAN-TO INSTRUCTIONS
Lay all tubing out on the ground checking to be sure the right sizes are in the right place.
Put the fittings at each place needed. Be it a 10X10, 10X12, 10X15, 10X20, 10X30 or
any other size.

The fittings have labels on them. One label is for the leg down. One label must face the other for the angles to match, for the lean-to canopy. If you do not a labeled tube on the fitting for the leg the fitting is installed wrong.

Put the tarp on the frame with the valance up if it is a valanced tarp. Fasten the corners of the tarp first. Then fasten the rest of the ball bungees. If this is not done the tarp may not fit right. There should be a even gap all around the main tarp. This gap is necessary. The tarp must be pulled tight or the water will not run off of it. Put the legs under the frame and bungee the valance to the legs.
The most common mistake people make in assembling the frame is no making sure the tubing is in all the way into the fitting. THE TARP WILL NOT FIT. cut size of the tarp (EXAMPLE) 10X10 finished size could be 9ft. 6in. X 9ft.6in. plus 2 inches minus 0. Most tarps are 9ft.8in. X 9ft.8in. finished size. Again there must be a gap between the frame and the tarp to keep it tight for water run off.

Note:
The 10X12 you could Sub. (4) 6ft. for (2) 10ft. and (2) 2ft. from the cut offs of the 6ft.6in. legs
10X15 (5) 10ft. (4) 7ft.6in. (3)8ft.6in. (3) 6ft.6in.
10X20 (9) 10ft. (3) 8ft.6in. (3) 6ft.6in.
10X30 (13) 10ft. (4) 8ft.6in. (4) 6ft.6in.

Each lean-to canopy kit has all the fittings, tarp and ball bungees to assemble that canopy kit. It also has extra parts to install an extra rafter easy.. This part is the 1-CCRT. SEE PICTURE BELOW
