All orders are shipped via United Parcel Postal. Rush orders are shipped via Federal Express for additional charge. Self-assembled favors or supplies are usually shipped within 7 business days. Pre-assembled favors will be shipped within 6 to 8 weeks from the order date. You will be notified by E-mail or by phone if the items you have ordered are out of stock.

Return Policy:
All claim for return must be made within 14 days of receipt of shipment and must have SANJINIYA's authorization number. Please E-mail or call us for the authorization number. The items must be returned in its original package and condition. Pre-assembled favors & hand-crafted gift items are not returnable unless defected. Self-assembled favors and supplies can be returned for credit or exchange, and are subject to 10% restocking fee. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing all returns.
