Due to a sudden staff departure, undertook a short-term contract with Campbell Taggart, Inc. to act in a support capacity for their nine Multi-Mill AR:M system. This included a 24-hour on-call status. Additional duties included:

• Designing and implementing a sales reporting sub-system for national and chain store accounts.
• Updating Bread Cost Reports with standard distribution headers.

Following a sudden staff departure, undertook a short-term contract with Boy Scouts of America to act as sole support for their McCormack and Dodge AR:M, GL:M, and AP:M systems. Additional duties included:

• Analyzing, documenting and producing project plans to interface their Central Billing System (batch and online) to accounts receivable (AR:M).
• Implementing an RJE connectivity feature to their bank for the bank reconciliation process in accounts payable (AP:M).
• Implementing a pcMainframe process to interface their PC-based Fixed Assets system to the General Ledger (GL:M).

With the Fidelity companies, provided site-based programming support for National Account Managers:

• Creating ad hoc processes to respond quickly to market-driven client requests that fell outside the capabilities of the Fidelity Participant Recordkeeping System (FPRS).
• One-time dividend and interest spreads for company stock, plan merges and splits, unusual company contribution match formulas, and tax cost basis reporting.
• Supporting the FSDC development effort for IRS 5500 reporting within FPRS.
• Designing and programming online and batch programs to transfer participants from the 401(k) & 403(b) FPRS environment to the Fidelity Retirement Services IRA system.
• Creating settlement and trust agent tracking processes.
