Dear Mr. Martin:

I have received your correspondence of 29 October 1999. Your wish that my career be "foreshortened" has been granted. Intracorp terminated my employment in May 1999; because of its action, I am sorry that I am no longer able to review your claim. It is my understanding that Intracorp has hired another infectious diseasee specialist in attempt to replace me.

I would strongly encourage you to contact both of the below-noted individuals for an appeal and discussion of your claim. It is my understanding that such appeals are part of the process of claim review practiced by Intracorp. I regret that I do not have their home addresses but I surmise you should be able to obtain their addresses by whatever method you used to obtain mine.
