Rodeo Right of Way Services is a relative newcomer to the Right of Way Industry, established in July 1995. Rodeo was developed specifically as a subcontractor of specialized work for prime Engineering, Environmental and Acquisition/Relocation Consultants in the Transportation/Right of Way Industry. Rodeo is a 100% female owned enterprise with 100% female management and certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT).
In addition, Rodeo is qualified by FDOT as a Group 21 Contractor (Acquisition, Negotiation, Closing and Order of Taking), Group 24 Contractor (Acquisition Relocation Assistance) and Group 25 Contractor (Right of Way Clearing and Leasing).
Rodeo Right of Way Services is the only Disadvantaged Business Enterprise firm to be granted qualification in all three categories allowing Rodeo to provide full Right of Way Services.
In addition to FDOT DBE certification, Rodeo is certified as a W/MBE with City of Tampa, City of St. Petersburg, Hillsborough County (DWBE) and the Florida Department of Management.
In addition to Professional Specialties, Rodeo will also perform Cost Estimates by associating, as needed, with an independent DBE appraisal company experienced in this field.
Rodeo will commit for completion of contract within constraints of agreement, within budget, within time perimeters and without loss of Federal Funds. Quality work, as well as approval by the client agency, is always guaranteed.
