A question to ask thyself  at night afore falling asleep

Think of five good things that transpired today to keep

For tis futile to try to change the past and more so to gage the future times

So do your best to see Infinite Love and gratitude  in all you say and Do to the nines

A wonderful sunup or a nice thunderstorm a brewing

Or just knowing you are guided, guarded and governed by angels a flewing

We just have the ever present now to spin

Why don't we experience with a grin

A star curled in the quietness of itself within
Yet full of Power to grow and rend
The goodness of Nature with nurtured beauty displayed
Much like within us The Gift of Good arrayed
There is that Perfect Power inside we do use
Some to improve and some to abuse
It's up to us how we shall be
Our words have power don't you see
So affirm that Life is Good
That Life is God
Open thy mind to gaining your Higher Self each moment of the day
For your Word has POWER in work and play
You are the Star in the spotlight bright
Swirling and dancing with Good so right

After the rain finished splashing the Earth with its sweet liquor
Makes me feel so clean and pure
It is within we find our true beliefs
In a subconscious sea of mental waves and reefs
We can ride the energy by mental control
Feeling the intelligent motion in every brain wave and roll
If you want to catch God laughing
Smile at your inner tasking
For mirth and joy go hand in hand
in the ocean or on the sand
So there is so much good about water that exist
Since we are composed mostly of it they insist
I drink my fill each day for sure
A must for most every cure
So with a song to life in my heart
I always have water in my cart

Two little words that mean so much
For to be grateful and say them with Spirits Touch
Infinite love and gratitude
Ah yes that's the attitude
One does not realize the power of good words espoused
until you feel the love within you fully roused
I can remember Mother telling me to say thank you when something is given
I repeated the words yet behind them nothing was striven
For if you have no feeling behind the words of gratefulness
Its your loss for an opportunity to be and bless
So now I realize the power of words spoken
Forever more my heart has awoken
So go about your daily chores
and add thank you to goodwill scores

Another Angel sent from Heaven
I am so blessed with so much new life
A lot of credit to my wife
So nearing the age of 78
four wonderful daughters A plus rate
Ten Grandchildren  doing well
and six Great Grandchildren
do tell
So life goes on with new beginnings in store
All this good and plenty more

No past Christmas can supercede
this Holiday present
For its only now one can express the Eternal Presence
A feeling within that all is well
The gift of giving as well as receiving
If one gets caught up in hyper emotional
Allow love and gratitude to be your devotional
There is no let down when one feels and gives love
For an abundance ever supplied by Spirit to give
Lies in your heart ever to live
Everyday is Christmas in the timeless now
A magical goodness don't ask how
For love is there for us to share
From whence it comes why should you care
So past and future have no fury
Nothing in nature tells you to hurry
So its Happy and Joyful this ever now we be
Christmas relies upon what now I see

Comic Book heroes between the pages
fighting the latest outrages
Down but never out
They always win so don't you pout
They seem to get there power from outer influence
Whilst we know the truth of Inner Insurance
No magic ring or top that sings
Nor kryptonite or ugly things
For it is Spirit that saves our Eternal day
Ever vigilant in a blessing way
Love the hero that is within you
Ever overcoming the evildoers and set them askew

My Aura I cannot see thee
I can feel it and given me free
Some have said they can see it
glowing energy glowing white
Sometimes dim but more often bright
Is it there for better reception
Or better yet Earthly protection
So in my Mind whilst running energy
I seek the ever harmonious synergy
A gift so precious but little used
My awareness with Spirit fused
I accept the power and stay in the Light
