Affirmations are statements of truth. To affirm anything is to state that it is so, and to maintain this as being true in the face of all evidence to the contrary. Repeating a affirmation is leading the mind to that state of consciousness where it accepts that which it wishes to believe.

There is one Universal wholeness that is potential health for all.
Unifying my thoughts and feelings to conceive a vital body. I eliminate any negative beliefs about my health.
I envision myself existing in the world of pure Spirit and lift my thoughts beyond that of the medical practice.
I focus on the idea that in God's Mind, there is nothing incurable, no discomfort or disease.
God's Wholeness is what I am in Truth.
Listening to inner guidance that moves me one step at a time. I happily do what is necessary to cooperate with the laws of health through right thought, diet and exercise.
Feeling a deep sense of gratitude for a new vision of radiance in Spirit, Mind and Body, I expect results, as robust health is mine by right of consciousness, and so it is. Amen

Lesson One-
STATEMENT OF TRUTH- FIRST DAY
Destructive thoughts tend to destroy me and those around me. When I worry about someone, I do him and myself harm. Instead of worrying, I think, " The Perfect Power within me knows exactly what to do and how to do it." I trust the Perfect Power within me and within all life. And so it is.
STATEMENT OF TRUTH-SECOND DAY
Instead of railing at life and condeming myself, I now think affirmatively. Railing and condeming only tears down. Affirmative thinking builds up. I now look at the life I live and affirm," It is Good." I love and bless the Perfect Power within me. And so it is.
STATEMENT OF TRUTH-THIRD DAY
Intead of thinking of what a gloomy or wasted day this may be, I think of it as being beautiful and highly productive of good. This is a new day. I live today with enthusiasm and joy. I know that all things are working together for good in my lfe.
STATEMENT OF TRUTH-FOURTH DAY
When I am tempted to think critical or mean thoughts, I turn to the Perfect Power within me for direction. It knows the right thoughts for me to think and I express those thoughts in my life. I praise the Perfect Power within me. I praise my friends and my family. I am one with all life. And so it is.
STATEMENT OF TRUTH-FIFTH DAY
Through the senses it is difficult to determine what is true from what is false. For ages men thought the earth was flat. It seemed flat. The Perfect Power within me knows all Truth. It knows what I don't know. I trust the Perfect Power within me to teach me the Truth. And so it is.
STATEMENT OF TRUTH-SIXTH DAY
I refuse to accept false reports about anyone. If I cannot say anything good, I say nothing. I do not think over any sickness, misfortune or tragedy in my mind. I turn my mind's attention to perfect health, good fortune, right action and divine love. I am grateful for this priviledge.
LESSON OF TRUTH-SEVENTH DAY
There are no thoughts of anger, violence or conflict within me. I turn to God and His Goodness within me. I agree with life and life agrees with me. I rely on the Perfect Power within me. I do not fear anyone. I am sustained in Peace. Perfect Peace is at the center of my being.
