Desire of Man for Woman



If things were different,
and the world the way I wanted
I would come steal you away
for myself.

Reality is Reality
and the world is as it is.
One can only settle
for Love as it is found.

So one can at least have time
some/where some/when
for an embrace, a stolen kiss
precious moments of sweet bliss.

Wrapped in a woman's arms
And within her a man lies.
They gaze into each other's eyes.
Souls touch with passion and pleasure.

How cruel this world
can some times be.
That it can not last forever.
