The Indian Ringneck can produce many different color mutations. Our single pair of greens have been working the nest. The pair is both bonded and proven, although this is our first year breeding them. We were hopeful that they would produce three clutches for us during the breeding season (early March thru to late September) however, due to their change of location, they didn't start their courtship until late April. *(Check out our Ringneck Courtship page to see how they are currently making out!!) Apart from the asthetics, these birds have a very good ability to talk and make excellent pets. While they are not the most cuddly of the parrot family, they are a delight to own due to their quiet nature and soothing tones. Very suitable for apartment dwellers.
